Host your next birthday, family or just-because party at the Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex! Our party rentals offer a private space to celebrate along with access to the facility, including Blue Surf Bay indoor and outdoor waterparks and the Fieldhouse.

Party Rental Information

• Party rooms have a 20-seat capacity with a maximum of 25 people per rental.
• Party rentals include access to a party room for 45 minutes before 1-1.5 hours of facility use.
• Food packages can be added for an additional cost. Plates and utensils are provided.
• Outside food will only be allowed in if the catering fee is paid.
• All food must stay in the party room. Following the allotted 45 minutes in the party room, leftovers must be removed from the building. Food cannot be moved to the waterpark or fieldhouse. 
• Due to scheduling, time extensions are not allowed. 
• Inquiries must be made at least one week prior to the event date.
• Due to scheduling and to maintain the condition of the space, decorations are not allowed.

Rental Seasons & Pricing

• In-season (Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend): $250
• Off-season (after Labor Day weekend-before Memorial Day weekend): $200
• Catering Fee: $50 to bring your own food & drinks
• Food packages are available for an additional cost. Please note on your inquiry form if you are interested in food packages.

Located in Blue Springs, Vesper Hall is a premier facility overlooking picturesque Rotary Park. This 14,000 square foot municipal building includes amenities such as tiered ceiling, large windows, gas fireplace, spacious lobby and PA system. Vesper Hall is used for community rentals and recreation activities seven days a week. The variety of room sizes are intimate enough for a small gathering or for large parties and receptions.

The Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex Fieldhouse can host business meetings and seminars, team practices, tournaments, birthday parties, graduation parties, after-hours events and lock-ins.  

Rental Information

• Rentals must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Weekend rentals must be requested by 3 p.m. the Thursday before.
• Turf and court rental fees are non-refundable.
• No outside personal training is allowed in the facility.

Bubble Ball Rentals
Bubble Ball is a cross between soccer and zorbing, where all players on a team play from inside an inflatable bubble! Standard rental is $100 and includes one hour on a short turf field and up to 10 bubbles. All participants must be at least 14 years old and complete a waiver. If under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver.

Dive into luxury this summer with Shoreline Cabana rentals at Blue Surf Bay Waterpark! Rental of Shoreline Cabanas includes use for the designated day/time slot. Cabanas are intended for single family use with a maximum of 6 people. Two quality lounge chairs and one table are provided in each cabana.
