The Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex in-season sign-up fee of $50 will apply to new standard memberships. To receive the in-service discount for Summer Passes or Day Passes, you must provide a utility bill, lease agreement or bank statement that matches the in-service address on your ID. Memberships and passes are only available for purchase in person at the CRCRC front desk.

In-Service & Out-of-Service Policies
Our In-Service area is defined as anyone residing in one of the following ZIP codes: 64013, 64014, 64015, 64029, 64057, 64064 or 64086. If you live in our service area, you may qualify for discounted rates on Summer Passes and Day Passes. Proof of residency is required.
If you are outside of our service area or are unable to provide proof of in-service residency, you will be charged the out-of-service rate. Additionally, Day Passes are only available to out-of-service residents on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the summer season (May 28, 2029-September 6, 2027). This policy does not apply to out-of-service residents with a Summer Pass or Membership.
Waivers
All patrons must complete the Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex waiver in-person upon their first visit. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for any individual under the age of 18. Minors will not be allowed entry if they are visiting with an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian and do not have a waiver on file.
Additional Membership Information
Those with monthly membership receive a limited number of out-of-service passes each summer. These passes allow members to bring someone who does not live in our service area any day of the week. These are not free guest passes. The out-of-service guest will still need to pay the day pass fee. Find out how many out-of-service passes your membership includes:
- Adult and Senior Membership: 4 out-of-service passes
- Couple and Senior Couple Membership: 8 out-of-service passes
- Household Membership: 16 out-of-service passes
Out-of-service passes are only available for those with monthly membership; summer pass holders do not receive out-of-service passes.
To make changes to your membership, complete a change request using the link below. If you'd like to cancel your membership, please fill out the cancellation request form below. Cancellation requests must be received 30 prior to your next billing date to not be charged for an additional month.
