Law Department

The Law Department is made up of two divisions with different legal roles. The City Attorney supports city staff with legal advice and services in order to allow the City of Blue Springs to provide the best possible services to residents, visitors, business owners and organizations. The City Prosecutor prepares and prosecutes all municipal court cases for the city.
