The Communications Division serves as the primary source for public information and community engagement for the City of Blue Springs. The division develops and delivers timely, accurate and transparent communications regarding City services, programs, initiatives, projects and events.

Through strategic communication, media relations, digital engagement and public outreach, the division supports City departments, strengthens relationships with residents and stakeholders, promotes community awareness, and enhances public trust in local government.
