Quarterly Financial Statements
The Quarterly Financial Statements are prepared and distributed to the Mayor and City Council no later than 45 days after the end of each quarter with the exception of the 4th quarter which is distributed upon completion of the city's annual independent audit.
The city's quarterly financial report is also periodically used in bond documents to illustrate the city management and oversight of its financial condition.
