The Blue Springs Police Department IMPACT Program exists to enrich students' lives by teaching, modeling, and encouraging the Core Values of Integrity, Responsiblity and Respect while fostering relationships with students, teachers and parents to prevent drug abuse and risky behaviors.
About IMPACT
The students are taught four IMPACT strategies on how to get out of risky situations and to resist bad peer pressure. IMPACT is taught to 5th grade students in the Blue Springs School District and private schools by Blue Springs IMPACT Officers.
