Contact the Planning Administrative Assistant at 816-622-4051 to confirm the zoning assigned to a property. Have the property address or parcel information ready.
Planning Division staff can verify the zoning assigned to a property or parcel. Even if a parcel's zoning category is appropriate for a particular project, there may be additional development requirements.
