Use these resources to prepare for a discussion with City Development and identify the application materials that apply to your project. Requirements vary by proposal, so contact Planning before submitting.
Before You Submit
- Identify the property address or location and describe the proposed use and improvements.
- Gather available concept plans, sketches, or other information that explains the proposal.
- Ask staff which applications, plans, supporting documents, and fees apply.
- Confirm the applicable submittal schedule and whether a pre-application meeting would be helpful.
